No I don't think that they are "the answer", but I just remember some games last season

where we would field a few reserves in order to rest key players who were lagging. They were often tough away games or matches against the big clubs, but it helped in the long run.

I just sense a lot of complacency within the current squad...first teamers don't try because they have their spot while reserves become demotivated because they hardly get a chance.
