I would bet that if Hughton was in a similar position as Lambert was last summer
He'd handle it a lot differently. Maybe with a bit of class.
Lambert was building up his CV with us, but he took a very big gamble (just like his substitutions/tactics) by jumping ship in the manner in which he did to a so-called super club, and that gamble might just not pay off for him
If/when it doesn't, I for one will find it amusing, despite loving everything he did for/with us over the past few seasons, which were immense, but not necessarily 100% credited to him personally
