It would seem that the popular opinion is that if you have something to say, don't bother.

I apologise unreservedly for passing on some information that I thought might be of interest, I will be sure to only ever post f**kwittery regarding my lunch/dinner and how much of a c**t Selwyn may or may not be in future so as to not waste any more of your precious time.
