Can't see it going too well for him if he's not a success at Villa.

Which would be a massive shame, because he's got the potential to be absolutely huge. We know he can man-manage good-but-not-great players into playing well above themselves - if he can translate that same thing into managing players already at the top of their game, the sky's the limit.
