Ok

As far as i am aware I never said they were a "p**sed up mob" so i don't know where you have got that from. I would accept the "forced their way in" are perhaps not the correct choice of words.

In terms of whether there were a significant number of ticketless fans i genuinely don't see how anyone can know which fans had tickets or didn't have tickets or how you can put a number on it. I very much doubt that the police who were struggling to control the numbers had any idea how many of the thousands who went through that gate had tickets or not. I find it very hard to believe that subsequent to the disaster fans were going to come forward and admit going into that ground without a ticket.

as i've said before though even if fans did go in without tickets the situation might have been avoided had there been no fences, or had the police done their job properly both before and in the aftermath of the disaster. i just think to say it was entirely down to the police is overly simplistic when it in my view it was the culmination of all sorts of mistakes, errors and circumstances. The cover ups afterwards and the attitude of the coroners is a different matter and if people are found to have been negigent or corrupt then they should be held to account.
