whilst misguided, is hardly 'shocking'. Its hardly a 'disgrace' etc etc etc.....

Complete over reaction to what had good intent..... yes, the police should have consulted specialist rape groups for advice... but here we have another classic 'pan the authorities' for any reason, even tho they're trying to help....like i said below, dont know why the police bother, should leave it to the nhs or social services to fund, design and impliment, then they wouldnt receive the critisism.
