Not underestimating McNally etc of course, but I shudder to think where we'd have been without his input.

He was always going to move on at the first opportunity of something he thought better; nature of the beast. We lived with that because he was amazing.

Wish he'd handled his departure better, and think he's underestimated what is required at Villa, but good luck to him.

Chris Hughton's a great appointment. Confidence for next season is restored for me.
