Oh I agre that the fans are better but then look at what was need to get there

the death of 96 people and all-seater stadia and price rises that in most countries would have led to empty stadia especially those in Eastern Europe. I just think that British society in general is no better than others we have pushed the racists on to the net, which in the long term maybe worse for us as now it is an unseen problem.
