Good grief Chelsea are a dreadful little club

You can't decide to get rid of one of the greatest ever managers football has seen and replace him with a young man to build the next generation if you can't even hold your nerve for one f**king season.

The reason AVB lost the dressing room, I would imagine, is that players like Lampard and Cole simply don't take kindly to criticism. Lampard particularly likes to hide quietly in the shadows of John Terry's more obvious public meltdowns, but I reckon he's probably the worst of the lot when it comws to accepting the point of view of others.
