The local PCT has just come clean to us about completely f**king up my Grandmother's care
For the 11 months' preceding her death in December. When my Grandfather died in hospital earlier last year, one doctor told my Mother he was recovering, and 10 minutes later another told my Uncle he was approaching the end. He died a few hours later, and my Mother didn't get to see him before because of what she was told. I know people are quick to jump to the NHS' defence, but I've only ever had bad experiences.
Cunts.
