I take your point about QPR being more of our level but I think it may be more about confidence. Watching him vs the Arse, I was a bit stressed by how he shat himself when on the ball. I think he's better than that. A run of games may see him back to something like he showed us last season, or finish him off as a prem player for good.

The yardstick is Bennett. In the first couple of games he looked a better prospect than Pilks, imho. This changed around when Pilks got a couple of goals and Benno didn't. Now Bennett looks like he's playing against his own mind as much as the oppo. I guess this is what makes the difference between those who make it at the top and those who don't.

I'm confident that both of them will come through.
