If we are relegated I think we have more pre-planning than any other team before us.

Its possible we could lose a few players but we wouldnt be forced to gut our team like Birmingham and Blackpool.

We could survive and thrive on 16 million para payments because of the type of players we have brought in.

We have been smart both ways for rewarding players for promotion but they also understand they have to take a cut if we get relegated.

The problem we may run into is the Jan transfer window where some of our players heads may be turned by big offers (see Charlie Adam for details!)

The difference is that Lambert would probably let anyone go who wants to go. (and use the money to rebuild)
