In my (very) humble opinion, 2 things need to change.

1. We desperately need some pace up front. We are getting forward well down either flank and play the ball well through the middle, but without at least one striker who can get in behind defenders and turn them we will continue to score goals.
2. De Laet Does so many things well for about 89 minutes but in every match so far he has switched off for a moment and cost us a goal and in every match apart from the Chelsea match this has cost us points. Unless he quickly learns to eradicate this aspect of his game Lambo has to drop him (when we have a fit alternative that is).
Other than that we are capable of holding our own.
