Agree with you both 100%.

We took a while to find our feet in the championship and work out our best team.

However this year we need 2 or 3 formations we're comfortable playing. Last season teams changed the way they played to try and deal with us. This season we'll be the ones doing that more often than not. Once our regular players get used to those 3 formations we'll play better and hopefully start picking up points more regularly too.
