Here's the response:

Dear Karn West,

Please be advised that the terms of this code were available to all
website visitors who viewed the Canon 1000D SLR camera during the
promotional period and also in the email containing the code which
qualifying customers received once they had bought the camera.

All official communication regarding this voucher code was sent by Jessops
directly to customers who had purchased the Canon camera. This code has
since appeared upon some unofficial channels which Jessops do not control.

Following orders placed using this code we have contacted customers
accordingly and created a valid code offering a significant discount on
the retail price of the product.

It would not be possible for us to fulfil all the orders that people may
place if we let people place the order for free. Our production team does
have limited capacity and so it would not be possible for us to produce
such a large number of orders.

as I will be more than happy to help you. My apologies for any
inconvenience caused.
