what?....... you do realize part of the 7 year plan is to have at least one relegation from the PL.......

Not sure how its a failure when it was part of the overall plan..... and actually something we are budgting for............
Hence buying young talent that can be molded by Sir Paul.

Maybe we could spend all the money West Ham did on prima-donnas and over priced foreigners..... and still finish bottom..........
