Can somebody explain "in and of itself" to me please?
I'd never heard it until a couple of years ago, and now I hear it all the time. Even TV News Journos say it. What's the difference compared with the old "in itself"? Is there a distinct difference between the two? Or is it just a twendy thing to drop in?
