we really really need to add to it. I don't think the team that won league 1 would be second in the Championship without Crofts, Jackson, Ward, Barnett, Fox, Tierney and Surman.

We would need to add quality players to the squad, no doubt. I don't think it would be wise to start with them all at once, much like we have done this season, slowly change things.

Whatever Lambert decides to do, I think we need to trust him but I would be surprised if there isn't at least 3/4 changes to the starting line up if we went up.
