Which is why it was passed on to the FA to deal with. I don't know, and it's an independent group doing the hearing with just one FA member on board. So, who knows? Certainly, Paladini seems a murky character (didn't someone try to shoot him?), but I think the real issue is whether the FA can prove the documents were deliberately falsified as is alleged.
