Chelsea's attendances only used to be about 13 - 15,000 in those times, didn't they?

I was in the crowd (if you could call it that) for Norwich's lowest ever gate for a first team game. I think it was, anyway - late 80s, Simod (?) cup, Millwall I think, went to a penalty shoot-out. About 4000 there to see it.
