I was living in Stoke the last 30 years......

...but been going to Chelsea as often as I could - due to expense, time etc, this last 6 years most of my games were away games (loads in the mids, north west etc) with a couple of sojourns down to Stamford Bridge a season.

Like you with football, I'd fallen out of love with Stamford Bridge - too many tourists, over officious stewards, t**ts tapping you on the should and asking you to sit down etc.

But I went back down for citeh on March 21st, my first visit there this season - and it was blinding - 2 days before my 40th - atmosphere was good, everything was good - and I fell back in love with it.

I've moved down to Herts now, only 45 mins away from SB -be interesting to see how long this love affair lasts again - just that away games are so much better.

(and Port Vale are my second team, can't abide Stoke)
