Not at all. I didn't put it on the market at that price, that was
8 months before I wanted to sell it, at the same time we had my mums valued. that went up 15K whilst on the market without us doing anything. By the time I came to sell mine they were dropping like a stone. I eventually put it on at ?290 but had to drop it twice to ?265 and then, after a year, take ?250K
