I like how it looks like a site from 1996

The HTML looks like its from the mid 1990's but isn't using tables for layout which you'd expect.

My absolute favourite is the use of the marque tag which I haven't seen since the days of Frontpage Express.

I have a couple of best viewed in IE4 or Navigator 4 which were all the rage at the time and would look perfect on the site.
