Some thoughts on the game

I live in the flats at Vicarage Rd, convinced some dolly bird at the ticket office I was a die hard hornet, it was tough watching a game from the home end and strange leaving my place 10 minutes before kick off.

First off, amazing turn out from Norwich, good noise.

Started well, well worked and taken goal. Holt should have made it 2-0 and then we twice got done on the break. We had long long periods of posession but we really miss Hoolahan. Pacheco wasn't so effective in the deep position and Holt/Vokes never looked like a partnership. Second half we had all the play, Watford broke and missed a sitter but after we made the subs the goal was a matter of time. Simeon missed a couple of chances but put away the knock back well. Really thought we were going to go on and win the game but Watford got about us and the game got very scrappy. We were unlucky with a header from a corner and that was the last chance. Good point, but possibly two lost.
