Some medical insurance saleswoman didn't show up to some meetings we've arranged

and hasn't been returning my calls or emails.
I got her boss's number and asked for a conference call in which I told him (and her) how f**king useless and disrepectful she was before he gave her a proper bollocking and handed my account to someone else.

That was very satisfying.
