Vokes for Surman only

Go 4-3-1-2 with Vokes and Holt winning second balls up top with Pechio just behind.

Our full backs keep getting caught out of possession as we have no width from the midfield players. Holt has no support up top as Pechio drops too deep and he hasn't exactly been supplied with any quality balls. Lansbury has done nothing all match. I'm sure Arsenal would bite our hand off to swap Hoolahan for him.
