Norwich and FA Cup Crowds

We havn't been very good at cups in recent years so here are the few games we have played at home in the FA cup

2001 Chelsea 21,017
2002 Brighton 17,205
2005 West Ham 23,968
2006 Blackpool 19,120
2007 Bury 19,185
2008 Charlton 13,997

Those obviously look s**tty but when we compare to the "rough" average home LG gates in that season

2001 Chelsea 21,017 (19,000) (111%)
2002 Brighton 17,205 (20,000) (86%)
2005 West Ham 23,968 (24,750) (96%)
2006 Blackpool 19,120 (24,500) (78%)
2007 Bury 19,185 (24,750) (77.5%)
2008 Charlton 13,997 (24,750) (56%)

Obviously attendance depends on several factors

Blackpool and Charlton were midweek replays

Charlton was also during a bad period at the club, I think it was the night Roeder was sacked.

The average through good and bad times is around 84% of normal home LG attendance

Our average home attendance through 10 LG games is 25,061 giving 21,051 as the predicted attendance vs Orient based on previous seasons.
The fact we are on an up year (more people want to watch us) is balanced by the fact its not that an attractive tie vs Orient
