This was kind of my point from the other day.
What players who we have let go have done any good?
I am talking about players we let their contract expire or trainees such as Eagle who we deemed not good enough.
(not players we sold or left because THEY wanted to)
We have probably let 60-80 players go over the last 10 years yet I cant think of too many who have made a comeback?
You would think the law of averages would say 1 or 2 would make a decent career.
You see players all the time who have flopped at one club and were let go yet make a comeback at another.
