most act like.....

you're the "special" candidate, when in reality they will put forward say 5, and they dont give a f**k WHO gets the job as long as they place someone and get paid their commision.

some of the jobs they have put my way to see if i was interested proved to me that they hadnt listened to, or cared about my brief and what i was looking for. Plus I've been on the other side of the fence, employing recruitment companies to find sales reps - talk about round pegs through square holes........!!!
