Not commenting on Colchester, I wasn't there.
Its a general point for me, made from what i'm hearing on these boards etc.
Its in anticipation of what i firmly believe will be an incredibly impatient atmosphere come saturday.

People seem to have decided, based on 1 game under a manager most of us didn't want, and 2 under temporary mangers that must have known/suspected their time was limited, that we are essentially s**t.

I don't beleive we have had enough time to decide that, and need to see what improvements Lambert can make.
My fear is that many, having made their minds up, will not give him any time at all, thus making his job harder than it needs to be.

That's it.
I simply cannot see why we would want to shackle our own new manager.

I don'd care why the budget is restricted, in this context. It has nothing to do with Paul Lambert, and nothing to do with a single member of our squad.

Again, supporting what we have, and can hardly change, does not mean we have to approve WHY we have what we have.
