I am a mere female and don't have enough money or enough ego to become the next Delia but I would like to see the following happen in your tenure, preferably sooner rather than later.

Appoint a captain who actually understands that leadership is part of the role. So that when we concede a goal (something that will happen with alarming regularity) he is able to actually inspire the team to do something about it rather than just having a snog with an opposing player. Rallying the troops I think it's called.

Secondly; if a player is clearly contributing nothing, then perhaps consider the radical concept of the substitution. Not at 80 minutes when no-one cares anyway but a little bit earlier.

Thirdly, point out to Matty Gill that Norwich United is also his home town club.

That will do for now as I'm going shopping with my daddy.
