No more excuses
Last night confirmed that it was Yeovil, not Colchester, that was the freak result. No-one can be under any illusions now that unless things change we face yet another relegation battle. I think the problem can be boiled down to this: we do not respond when we concede - we collapse. Couple this with our predilection for conceding soft goals (the first one last night was a carbon copy of Exeter) and we're going down.
That's the bad news. The good news is that we have a new CE in charge, who has his own man in managing the club as of today. They have to deliver: and they should be able to. Within our vast squad of journeymen I think we have an XI that can cobble together another 50 odd points.
