The new manager is

someone that has played for a big club rather than managed them and the person is now doing well with a smaller club.

Nigel Adkins has never been at a big club, so that means either Paul Lambert, Mark Robins, Lee Clark, or Paul Ince.

Lee Clark is better off where he is. Mark Robins does not have Rotherham punching above their weight.

So it's Lambert or Ince. Ince is all hype, so it's Lambert.
