Interesting interview with Donny Chairman, John Ryan

He says:

"I believe Sean gets players to play at their maximum."Sean, in my opinion, is the best manager in the Championship but, luckily, not a lot of people will have him on their radar which is great news for us."He's been with us three years now and at every one of those three years, at some stage some fans have been calling for his head.
It's quite remarkable really."In the first season, we started badly, some were calling for his head and we went on to win the Johnstone's Paint Trophy."It was the same at the start of the next season, and we went on to win promotion in beating Leeds."It also happened early doors last year and we went on to finish in the highest position we've been in for 50 years."But we wouldn't have sacked him even if we'd gone down."The problem with most chairmen and boards is that they react too quickly and to frustrated fans and it's not always the right decision.
"Sean sets his team up in such a way and I honestly believe that, although the players are crucial, he is key as he gets them playing in a certain role to suit the ambience of the team."
