Agree with you our squad isn't strong enough. On a player for player basis we're not the weakest team but problem is we aren't playing together well as a team and have done so rarely this season.
I read The Damned United a while back, and there's a great passage in it where Clough's Derby team finally come together and play as a real team, pulling back from a goal down to crush Spurs. Clough knows that now every player in his team knows their role and will perform what is required of him within the system. Not quite the same, but reminded me of our great team of the late 80s/early 90s. It's a good read. BC was a bit of a monster but together with Peter Taylor was an awesome manager.
