This ?490,000 business
It seems obscene to me.
For these 21 transactions it works out at ?23kish a pop which sounds a fair amount to me. It sounds even higher when you think that some of these would've been extremely low value in terms of paying off small contracts, 1 month loans etc.
Another way of looking at it would be in terms of % costs. Now I don't know about the businesses where you work but in my world 2.5% is a high fee to pay the professionals who act on my behalf. that is what the going rate in prudent Norwich then we shelled out/committed to ?20mish on those 21 transactions. Anyone believe that?
Even if we go for the 10% figure which seems common (and which I would assume would be paid for by the player from his wages signing on fee) then our outlay works out at nearly ?5. Still unbelievable. I think we deserve answers to this.
