I don't totally buy into that

He was good in 2001/02, but he did get money

02/03 was a worrying one because it showed he wasn't really doing anything when the chips are down

03/04 started the same way but the excitment level rose when we brought truely class players on loan in Huckerby and Crouch, and Worthington managed players well when the morale is high

04/05 Was just an excuse to worthington, he didn't feel the pressure once, it was always "but we're in the prem, we are out of our depth, any result is like a cup final" type comments

When the morale rose for the man utd game, then worthingtons management style rose again, and he managed to lift players whilst the place was buzzing

He just can't do it when the place is on a low, no matter how much money or loans you give him

He has also been here too long and has ran out of ideas or real pressured enthusiasm to succeed

Which is why a perfectly decent Norwich team at home yesterday was dominated on every area of the pitch by their much weaker in comparison local rivals, and were made to pay for it

I find it hard to believe after a performance like that, how anyone has a credible word to keep him in a job here
