current position

as far as I am aware (as said a few days ago) Green is definitely not leaving, and we are in advanced talks with somebody this weekend - but this is a very cheap signing, not a big name, and effectively not spending any of the money we have. Other than that, it would appear we will not be buying anyone, and keeping the money warm for the summer
