The Villa job is the one that worries me most

They are seriously underachieving given the money available and must be pissed off with their current set up

They are not so big that they would think it's too big a step up for Sir Paul (like there could be a step too big!)

But they are big enough to represent more money, a new challenge and a new opportunity for Sir Paul
